Accounts require a government-issued photo identity document. Documents are stored privately and reviewed by authorised staff only. Withdrawals are enabled once identity verification has been approved.
Your balance is a ledger record maintained by the firm. Deposits, withdrawals, weekly postings and any correcting adjustments are recorded with a timestamp and a reason, and are visible in your dashboard history.
